EZ-IDX is a direct connection between EZRealEstate and your local MLS provider using a concept referred to as IDX (Internet Data eXchange) gives MLS Participants the tool they need to display each other's listings on their Internet web sites. Under IDX, brokers exchange consent to display each other's listing on the Internet.
